Under Settings -> Booking engine -> Adjust default fields you can change whether some default fields (e.g. address, phone, etc.) should be optional or mandatory when the guests fill in their contact details.
You can also allow your guests to input an invoice reference (e.g. “New York Conference” or “1234”), which will later be displayed on the invoice/cash receipt. This field can be updated once the booking is created. If you want to update it on an already existing invoice, you would need to credit the initial invoice and create a new one.
You can also adjust some settings for the internal booking engine used by your front desk – like a default country for new bookings or whether or not to send confirmation emails by default.
